The young man behind the counter was friendly, helpful and made our sandwich great. They had run out of bags so they were using Dollar General bags. Not his fault, seems management could have better set him up for success. Things happen though. The business was clean and presentable. Food looked fresh. What I wanted could only be ordered in “app” but I tried that and the “app” didn’t want to let me order it. Seems like Subway as a brand could do better with their app process or let you order what you want in store. The part that concerned me was the group of men hanging around outside of the establishment. While they never bothered me or interacted in any way, it could be alarming for someone else. I have passed by this establishment plenty over time and there seems to be someone standing out there at all hours of the day or night. There is another business next door, a laundry facility of some sorts but it can be alarming to say the least. Overall food was excellent staff of one seemed eager and friendly, location was clean inside.
