  Not a reliable Pizza Hut. No joke 9 times out of 10 it will be 20 to 25 minutes after it's supposed to be done. I've placed several orders that were supposed to be ready at 11:27 to 11:30 and it's taken until after 12 a couple times. Depending on who is working it can be ridiculously slow. I finally got my food today at 11:55AM and food was supposed to be ready at 11:27AM. She told me it wasn't done and then after all this time she called me back up there and it was ready the whole time, so now our food had just been sitting there for 30 minutes. My coworker and myself won't have time to eat before we go back on shift.

  I have been in store a few times and every time a lady named Kitty is very rude it’s a shame because while I wait I’m watching her being rude with others as well she shouldn’t be in customer service.

  Customer service here has declined over the last year or two with some employees exhibiting overall lack of concern for the customer. Often orders result in the same way on North Fort despite not being as busy. For example, wings are typically soggy and either over/under sauced. Pizzas I order are typically undercooked in the middle, but burnt around the edges with burnt toppings. Additionally, the desserts are never cut into appropriate slices as the employees used to put more care into finer details on orders. A suggestion to improve customer satisfaction would be to produce better quality food for every order and have a crew that stays motivated for the customer, attentive to detail, and goes above and beyond by suggesting deals, up sale items, and offer to provide napkins/plates, etc.
