Kiosk added an extra sand which to my order that didn’t show in the checkout window. Of course, no receipt so I couldn’t tell and let them know not to make the extra.

A party of 5 walked in while we’re all waiting and ordered at the counter, they got their food with 5 minutes. After I got my order, there was no apology for the long wait. My iced coffee that I ordered was handed to me without ice. Floors were greasy.
