Food isn't freshly cooked or it taste like its not fresh cooked. Great service, all car hoppers I've had have been extremely nice. 🤗

Oh my. I just gave a review on the McDonald's next to this Sonic...I was raving about the wonderful service and manners. I think they borrowed and depleted them from the young lady who was taking orders at Sonic on 9/32025 about 730pm because she was lacking quite a few manners. Her tone screamed that she wanted to be anywhere EXCEPT at the job that gives her money to spend. She was literally not respond during the order taking. My husband had to ask if she was even still there. We ordered a regular six inch coney the way it comes and a footlong coney with mustard and relish ON THE SIDE because I'm tired of these rude workers being jerks and literally covering the whole thing in mustard. Like they have never tried mustard knowing just looking at that much mustard is locking someone's jaw. I'd rather put the mustard and relish on myself. Remember I said this very arrogant young lady did not respond to any of this order and she never typed the mustard and relish to where we could see it on the screen. So he asked again it she got the mustard and relish ON THE SIDE. She rudely snapped "I got it".
When we finally got our food, it was obvious that she did NOT in fact have it because they put the mustard and relish ON BOTH the footlong and the six inch. The six inch wasn't even supposed to have either condiment on it and the other was supposed to be on the side.
The gentleman my husband took it back to corrected both items. But geeze, if you dont want to work, go home and let someone else work who doesn't find it such a chore to be polite and nice to customers. There are lots of people who would be so happy to have that job that you'd be able to hear their smile through the speaker. Do better.
