Ordered chicken bacon ranch, flatbread toasted with everything but 2 items and the cold sub only had ranch, chicken, pickles, banana peppers! All food that was ordered was cold and came out 20 minutes late. One sub was " not available" but we paid for it, no refund issued. When I call to see what can be done about this issue, I was hung up on. Very unprofessional.
- CLcolson lambertAug 14, 20251.0Don’t order online they don’t know how to read a receipt and act up and talk the whole time took 5 minutes to grab a cup from the front because they couldn’t interrupt there conversation the young black female with long dreads was doing her job the rest older were setting no examples and act like they don’t care I called and let them know my order was wrong and just hung up in my face because they couldn’t take the responsibility unprofessional.

Drove around, sat at the speaker, no answer, went to the windows. Blocked off with cardboard. Then pulled back around ans some children going in and out of the building told me "they were closed". So, apparently the workers decide when they want to close ans not the owner. May wanna get a grasp on this shitty service. I mean, I know it is Donaldsonville but At least try
