- WFWhoDat FanaticNov 24, 20241.0I ordered last week and it took forever, so I canceled. Was told they're under new ownership, which fired their in-house drivers, so now they go through Doordash. But lots of dashers don't hang around that area ready to accept orders since it's out the way from Metairie and the city where the action is. If you're not taking out, I'd forget it. Also they're actually saying I have to call Doordash to get the tip part of my refund back, even though I paid 100% through Pizza Hut!!! Blaming it on their "system", what a racket!!!

This pizza hut literally only has a kitchen, an office, and a very small waiting area with no chairs (when I visited). staff wasn't very friendly. Kind of like a what do you want attitude when you walk in and a take your ×××× and go when you leave. Which is kinda bad considering this location is pick up and delivery only.
