- BWBlake WebsterDec 19, 20251.0Horrible experience for the second time. The first time they didn’t make pizza correctly. Tonight, I ordered ahead with a two hour pickup. I got text that pizzas were done and I get up there to find out the pizzas were not even made. I asked to speak with manager, he was too busy making pizzas to even care. I went to him and told him about the issue and he didn’t care at all. I asked if he could just deliver it since I lived on the street right next door, but he said it would be 1.5 hours before he would even get to send someone to my house. No cares in the world and only have tried this place two times and both times were disappointing. No customer service or even a sorry that we messed this up.
