- ANAnna NicholsMar 16, 20261.0This Wendy’s has really gone down. They no longer provide “fast food”. You should prepare to spend as much time at the drive thru as you would a sit down restaurant like Cecil’s. They stack you up in the mobile order spots and other inconvenient parking spots for drive thru orders that take over 10-15 minutes to come out. What is the point of “fast food” when it is not fast? I was told by an employee they get in trouble with management if you sit at their window for over so many minutes. So they make you move and then you have to wait for 10-15 minutes for them to bring out your food.

I order six drinks and the person at the window wants to hand me all six drinks without a caddy Are you serious? That's common sense? Number one number two. Then, when I ask for a drink caddy, you don't know what I'm talking about, like, you guys have people here working here that don't know what things are that makes no sense. And then on top of that, I have to wait an extra ten minutes just 2 kids' meals and 2 other regular orders, which were combos. That's crazy. You guys need to do better because if not, I do not mind applying for the job here and making things right!!!!!!

No response. After a few seconds I ordered and she just stated my total. I pulled up to the window and she didn’t utter a single word. Just passed my food and drink through the window barely acknowledging me. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and there were egg shells in the egg, including one big piece.
