  We went and there was one other person there. No one would say anything through the speaker but they were hanging out the drive thru window and laughing. Then pulled around to the other side and the screen didnt work. Then as we are ordering, it took us 20 minutes because the girl kept interrupting instead of listening to the order. Every time we started back talking she butted in. Then she huffed like she was getting aggravated. The change in the fries already made it a place I didnt want to go, but the service made my mind completely up. Deridder sonic needs new managers and a new turnover of some employees for sure.

  Our Order was incorrect 3 times! It’s Suppose to be a fast food restaurant but it took about 30 min for our order to get correct & for us to get our food brought to us correctly so No that’s not fast!

  Went through drive thru ordered a large combo and they did not even add my fries to the order when I said this was supposed to be a large combo she became VERY RUDE and said I repeated the order to you. These employees are rude, disrespectful, and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

  Love the carhops here. Angela, Allison, Chante, and Heather are the best! Best place for drinks and to sit and chat
