  Ordered through the mobile app for several breakfast items and a mocha frappe. When in the drive through we were asked to pull up and wait for the frappe (not unusual. After waiting over 15 minutes I went inside to see if there was a problem, to which I was told that they don’t even have frappes and I could get an iced or hot coffee instead. We were never told at the window that frappes were not available. This was a complete waste of time.

  I have been going to THIS McDonald's since my Aunt Ida Scott was store manager back in the 80's! THIS will be my home store no matter WHERE I am in the world! Wishing to frequent it for ANOTHER 40+yrs..
