I ordered a pizza and found a bandaid baked into the pizza itself. On top of that, as shown in the picture I included, I had already taken a bite and had to spit my pizza out once I realized what it was. This is beyond gross, it’s a serious health and safety issue. There is no excuse for something like this to make it out of the kitchen. Pizza Hut should be ashamed of the lack of quality control and cleanliness this represents. I sincerely hope management and corporate take this situation seriously and make immediate changes, because no customer should ever have to go through this.

The staff was quick to remake my order, which I appreciated, but even the replacement was dry and not up to standard. I accidentally ordered from the wrong Pizza Hut location and hoped for the best, but my experience was disappointing. I don’t believe this is the employees’ fault — it seems like the oven may need to be replaced.
