When in the drive through we were asked to pull up and wait for the frappe (not unusual. After waiting over 15 minutes I went inside to see if there was a problem, to which I was told that they don’t even have frappes and I could get an iced or hot coffee instead. We were never told at the window that frappes were not available. This was a complete waste of time.
