Kids got Arby’s kids meals certificates from Denham Elementary, but of course the hometown Arby’s doesn’t honor those. First time trying the local Arby’s and definitely the last. Mediocre food for the cost

The commercials look great. The food you get is horrendous. Unless it were free, and I was starving and had no alternative, the food that is created for you is pitiful and should never be eaten. Obviously, the workers do not care, at all, what product you receive. Also obviously, the management cares the same amount: not at all.

I will never attempt to go here again. The intercom is trash and the server sounded like Charlie Brown's mom. We attempted to communicate a couple of times during which I said, "I'm sorry, I'm not understanding." Instead of telling me to pull forward (there was no other customer), she had some kind of screaming breakdown. She screamed in an uncontrolled way, at the absolute top of her lungs, several things we couldn't make out and finally we heard, "WE DON'T HAVE THAT HERE!!!!!!". My husband said, "nope, now she's just being rude." And we left. So not worth the effort especially with all the other food options around the Arby's.
