I’ve noticed it’s very hard for your workers to follow simple instructions. I ordered my cinnamon twist over the app, when I did, I put in the delivery instructions to add extra sauce because you never put enough. After I made my online order, I then called the store personally and spoke to Terry and told him I wanted extra sauce on my order and he said he would take care of it. However when my food arrived it was not what I wanted at all. My first delivery driver Patrick was amazing and when my second delivery driver Terry came back to deliver my remade food he was very apologetic and very nice about it. However I feel as though whoever is on board needs to reevaluate their career if they wanna be this sloppy they should try McDonald’s or Wendy’s. Several times I’ve noticed my app said that Ray was preparing my food. If he can’t get it together he should be removed or demoted I would also like to be put in touch with Penny so I can express my concerns. It was also brought to my attention by one of the workers that their boss told them that they need to speed up the pace and become faster. However I do not agree with this because you cannot follow simple instructions and it’s too hard for your workers to comprehend and work at a fast pace at the same. Therefore they should slow it down and take their time so you don’t get bad reviews. Also I would not recommend this store to anyone if anything I would tell people to stop attending your store because of how horrible your food is being made. Something should definitely be done about this even if that means firing everyone and getting a whole new team. I hope you take my review into consideration and focus more on customer satisfaction and food quality versus speed of production. However thank you for your time and I hope you take this review seriously.
