Started to place my order at the drive up, was told to drive up to the window. Placed my order, and handed the worker a $20 bill. She never rang up my order, walked away and brought a wad of one dollar bills. When she brought back my order I drove home. I found out the extra onions I ordered in my chili were not added, so I looked for the receipt to make sure I ordered them. The receipt was not in the bag, so I checked the wad of ones. I found out that there was no receipt and that there were only six ones in the wad she handed me. So not only did I not get my chili as ordered, but I was short changed by 9 dollars.

The dining room was clean. The food was as expected. The staff kept moving, running food out to keep people from waiting in line and greeting customers as they arrived. The cashier (Brian) was especially courteous and helpful.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit on March 15 around 2:00pm. If I could I would rate it a 0 star. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.
I waited in the drive-through line for approximately 45 minutes, only to receive cold food. When I finally received my order, I realized that my burgers were made incorrectly and the rest of the food was also cold. I went inside to address the issue and politely asked if I could receive a refund. I was told that refunds are not given because the location is a franchise. I then asked if someone could simply remake my food, but my request was ignored. When I asked to speak with a manager, the employee laughed and stated that she was the manager. I asked for her name, and she said “Bonquesha.” When I politely asked for her real name for my records, she refused to answer. At the time, there appeared to be only two employees working — the woman I spoke with and another employee with tattoos. I understand that the restaurant was very busy, as both the lobby and drive-through were full. However, being busy does not excuse the level of rudeness, dismissive behavior, and lack of professionalism that I experienced.
I also asked for a corporate contact number so that I could report the situation, but that request was also denied. Throughout the interaction, the manager displayed a very disrespectful attitude and responded in a condescending manner when I asked simple and reasonable questions. I even asked the other employee if he could remake my burger, but he ignored me as well. Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting basic courtesy, professionalism, and edible food. Instead, I was treated with disrespect and left feeling embarrassed after being ignored repeatedly in front of other customers. Additionally, I observed concerning cleanliness issues in the kitchen during this visit. Because of this experience, I will be contacting corporate and filing a complaint with the health department. I sincerely hope this issue is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken so other customers do not have to experience the same treatment. Check your food,better yet go inside and watch them make your food! So I went through the drive thru to get my mobile order,when I got my bag I was missing my nuggets. So I go inside and told them they gave me my sauce but forgot my 6pc. This girl said here you go and tried to hand off a 4pc,the guy looked down and laughed and pulled out a hair and she said now give it to her. I said "I saw that" he laughed she pulled another 4 PCs out and handed it to me and said oh wait its 6pcs and changed boxes to add the other 2. She was rolling her eyes and smacking her mouth like I had done something wrong. This was at 2:50PM today March 4th. GO INSIDE TO ORDER YOUR FOOD AND WATCH CLOSELY! Yall have been warned,so don't fuss to much if yall don't take my advice.

The staff are friendly and the food is fresh. Even on a busy day, they get it done with a positive attitude.
