  Really slow service. Staff needs some training or something, we have been twice in the evening/night and each time almost took a hour to get food.

  Its McDonalds. The chicken nuggets always make me ill. I do not like apps, but this app really makes ordering easy. But the food is still overpriced for what you get. Sometimes, when in a rush, it is the only option.

  I ordered then i was asked to pull up to the 1 spot. I waited for 20 minutes, no other cars in line, then backed up to the window. Guy comes to window and asks me, "did you place an order sir?". I responded, yes, i've been sitting in your 1 spot for 20 minutes now. Then he asks for my recipt anf goes back into the kitchen where they start working on my food. He said, "I dont know how this got missed." After another 10 minutes. (Been here for 30 total now) i got the food, which was wrong, they were missing a mcdouble and the nugget sauce, so i had to ask for that and wait longer. After that, i get home, and i find out the double quarter pounder i paid for was just 4 of the small burger patties stacked and the meat was burnt and crispy. Only one slice of cheese. The fries tasted a day old and cold and the nuggets were soggy and cold. This place needs shut down.

  On 3/15/26 @4:20 I made a mobile order using my points, for a fish sandwich and lettuce. The app wouldn't let me change how to pick it up. It was stuck on table service. The manger and staff said they couldn't pass a single sandwich out the drive-thru and I would have to come in to pick it up. I did not have enough time to come inside, was trying to get a quick bite while I'm door dashing. So they completed my order and I lost my points and got no food. Total incompetence
