I've given this location many chances. 3 orders in a row:
Order mobile pickup, get to store and still wait at the store 20 minutes +/-.
Its insanely bad. 75% of the time the order is messed up and the food is cold.
I went over there and walked inside to get my food cause I had to use the restroom and I ordered 4 cups of their little steak and four chicken and two beef with three cheese nacho cheese or they put it in one container and I know the size of the little containers I bought it from Other Taco Bell’s before and they gave me the amount of one steak cup and one chicken and two beef so they shorted me three steak and three chicken and they won’t answer their phone. I want everybody to know if you’re gonna order something from there. Make sure you check your food because they did not do right by me.

I approached the counter like a civilized human, ready to exchange currency for tacos… and was met with the emotional warmth of a brick wall.
No greeting. No “hi.” Not even a “give me a second.” Just vibes. Confusing, silent vibes.
I stood there long enough to reconsider my life choices. Was I invisible? Had I crossed into another dimension? Is this a social experiment?
Eventually I left, taco-less and emotionally wounded. At this point, they might as well have robots working instead of the regular crew that ignores actual humans standing at the counter.

I tried to call the store multiple times to speak with a manager and no body answers the phone

To all who’s path cross this Taco Bell and happen to encounter Christian, THE Taco Bell worker, be thankful, be grateful, be rejoiced. You have come across the most remarkable employee possible in the food industry. Let me paint the picture for you:
I was down on my luck, ok? I was having a bad day. I just got off a long 10 hour shift at work- EXHAUSTED, you know what sounded heavenly in that moment? Taco bell Ncho Fries and a Bajo blast. Now, what they were lacking in both fries and Baja, they made up in charisma, bravery, candor and kindess. I was unfortunate enough to not have as much money as I once thought I did. But this worker swooped in, saving the day- Christian. He paid for the rest of the meal and let me go on about my night peacefully. I am forever I'm his debt. I wish nothing but success and nacho fries in his future.
