this sonic is amazing they have very friendly staff, food is always fresh and I've never had any issues with my order. they also jsut remodeled it so it has a nice vibe especially at night :)

Absolutely terrible and rude servers at this Sonic. Avoid if you can. Read all the reviews in addition to mine saying basically the same thing. I’ve had three bad experiences here over the fast few months. This last experience was the final straw. Never going here again.

Never got my online order because I didn’t make it before they closed. When trying to replace it the next day, or even just get a refund by calling the store the store employee didn’t ask for the ticket number or any info on the ticket just basically said hold up like he was checking and then he said “yeah there’s no ticket there from last night so I can’t help you” and so I just hung up and then I had to call the customer support line for the app in order to get any retribution when really they should have never totaled out my order as of it had been handed out already.

Usually have a good experience here, but my mobile order almost got sent off with a doordasher. The app had some sort of glitch when I checked in and added the stall number. Not the stores fault, but when I refreshed the app to try again, the order was marked delivered even though my check in didn’t go through. I called using the button on the stall to let them know I was here for my scheduled pickup, but the worker gave me attitude and told me someone else was here claiming to be with doordash and to pick up my order. I explained that the app wasn’t working, it was obviously now doordash since the order info can tell otherwise, and gave my order number and name, but was still given attitude and told to wait. I finally got my order and the carhop was nice considering the situation. I’m still disappointed by how easy it was for my order to almost be given to a fraudulent “doordasher” without proof of purchase. Maybe asking for an order number if some person shows up claiming to be doordash. Wish I had more efficient service.
