As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

My sandwich was cold, tasted old, and was thrown together so sloppy it was falling apart. The fries tasted burnt, like they had been sitting in the grease way too long. I would’ve brought the food back, but I didn’t check the bag until I made it home. For the money I spent, this was a huge disappointment. Definitely not the quality I expect.

After 10 minutes with no customer in front of me I was asked to pull around window on the other side of building. I Pulled up to another car parked in that lane that belonged to someone in the store. Waited a few minutes and went back around to original window. The cashier rudely told me I told you go to other window. I informed her there was a car parked in the drive. After another five minutes I got my food. Not apologetic at all or considerate. Poor customer service.
