- SMSkylar MurrayJul 29, 20252.0has consistently gotten almost every single order i’ve made wrong. finally writing a review because on the most recent order i picked up, the breadsticks were plain instead of the cheesy ones. my brother had made the order, i ate one, and he told me they were wrong after the fact; wasn’t planning on going back since i already ate one but my brother wanted to head in and see if they’d mind fixing it (since they couldn’t use the breadsticks at this point, anyways.) brother claimed fault for one of them being eaten and the person at the counter told him that was “pretty stupid” of him. absolutely unacceptable in customer service and i am very disappointed, would have been fine with being told it wasn’t possible but insulting him was completely shocking. since nothing i order from here comes out right anyways, i’ll save my money and time somewhere else.
