  We ordered Pacos Tacos to go on Saturday night. I have written few reviews, but had to write this immediately after dinner. The location is great and the staff was friendly. I ordered through their website/ app which had great pictures of the menu items and was easy to use. We ordered Chips and Queso, Rock Tacos, Traditional Tacos (Steak, Chicken, Carnitas), & Churros for dessert. Everything was ready before I walked in the door. Back to the food... Everything was delicious! The Rock Tacos and Chicken were my favorite. The Churros on the other hand were Fantastic, my wife wanted me to go get a second order so she could have some tomorrow. Guess that just means we will have to go back. Luckily we took pictures before the meal started to thank a friend who gave us a visa gift card as a present, so I will include the pictures. We will definitely be back! Put Pacos Tacos on your list of places to try in the Covington area.

  Great new addition to the area. Food is outstanding and the owner is awesome. Great margaritas to go or late night tacos if you don’t want traditional sit down experience.

  A delicious, authentic Mexican food gem right up the road from Abita! Highly recommend the tacos (trompo/pastor, suadero, and chorizo) and the birria grilled cheese

  The food was good and the service was wonderful but I doubt I’ll eat there again. I’ll order to go but not dine in. It was a Monday and the place was not crowded but the music was so loud we could not hold a conversation.
