When I received the burger it was burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. I ordered it medium well. Well I told my waiter and he took it back right away. Then this person comes from the back saying that's the way they cook it. I said I didnt want it. He told me he would cook another one so I trusted him. Less than 5 minutes he comes out with this bag all ready to go. Well when I got home low and behold it looked at the burger and it was the same burger with about a pound of cheese on it. I must look stupid. How disrespectful. Also, the first Blooming Burger didnt have any cheese on it. I am outraged.
