My husband and I was seated and waited for more than 20 minutes for our waiter to atleast greet us and after about 30 minutes of not being waited on or even greeted I proceeded to leave but stopped by the host to inform her that our waiter never even came to greet us. She apologized and said she told him to come to us. She then went to get the manager who never came out to even talk to us. This was by far the worst Outback steakhouse experience I had and my family and I go to these chains in several different states all the time but Louisiana was not it AT ALL! We are very disappointed in this place and will never go back or encourage anyone to go. We left there and went to Copeland which is just next door and had a way different experience. Shame on this outback steakhouse, the employees and management team for such poor service.......
