Pepperoni were dry/crispy. The first was thin crust with sauce dried out, and crust too crispy so switched to regular for the last two orders. First time I didn’t complain, second I responded on the app with no respons back. Last night was the third time. They were barely edible -- not bad enough to drive all the way back and wait another 20 minutes, but bad enough to where I can't reheat leftovers or eat the hardened/dried brownies the next day. Ordered Papa John’s for 8 years with no issues ever. Switched because you’re so close and love the cookie brownies. I see complaints about orders taking too long, so I guess they cranked up the heat to pump orders out faster. I guess this will fix itself when enough people leave and this location is not overloaded. I’ll try again in a few months.
