- YRYork RobinsonNov 4, 20255.0This chipotle is truly turning around and has truly learned how to keep there customers happy I previously left a one star review because the store owner would not offer me anything to make my visit better after waiting 35 minutes for my to go order that should’ve been ready upon arrival but I’ve been informed they are working in new management the manager Zach who was there Sunday night really took what could’ve been another bad experience because of them being out of veggies and truly turned it around by offering me a free drink with my meal and assuring me that if I ever have a issue I can ask for him and he will promptly fix the situation I really hope this young man gets promoted as he was incredibly professional kind and truly cared not just about my order being in time but truly making sure I had a good experience I will certainly be back
- EYEthan YeeradOct 29, 20255.0This restaurant has truly come a long way since I’ve last eaten at the Covington location it seems as if they have gotten themselves some new management and thank god for that the employees were very polite and ready to serve me the environment seemed to be very clean as well and the last time I came here they would not honor a online coupon this time the coupon wouldn’t work but Zach was able to rectify the situation somehow and honor my coupon this is a honest business practice and keeps me from making the commute to the Mandeville location i will definitely be coming back here as this one is much closer to my home and the food even tasted better than the Mandeville location the last time I was there whatever yall have changed please keep it up hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at any chipotle chain or similar burrito restaurant

This could’ve been a bad experience- website promotion was confusing and then one of the servers tried to tell me they could only prepare a kids carne asada quesadilla (only not full size) for me “on this side”?? When he saw my expression, Zach honored the website promotion and came over to redeem my experience, while asking the other employee to please go ahead and make the quesadilla. The other employee dismissed the promotion confusion as “it’s the website, it isn’t OUR fault” and also went on to fill only one of three sides of my carne asada quesadilla, leaving the other two compartments EMPTY when I said “corn salsa only please”. Zach should be training all employees. Conscientious AND accountable. He made my dining experience 1000x better and easy to choose Chipotle, despite the numerous other options!
- FSFaith SeeferOct 17, 20255.0This was a truly awesome experience the kind gentleman at the counter Mr zach was so freindly he greeted me immediately upon entering the building and told me that my shirt was cool he wasn’t stingy with his scoops which I love some employees shake the spoon and knock half the food off not to mention this is probably the single best chipotle bowl I’ve ever had plus he double wrapped my borrito for me with no complaints what so ever all around this is my favorite chipotle with the best service
