It's a shame, the food is delicious (when they actually have stuff available) unfortunately they are always out of items needed to make their signature bowls, if they are out of cucumbers durning dinner service don't expect them to cut more :) experienced issues like this 4 out of the 5 times I've been there, they really need to work on service and maybe get some management changes because it almost seems like no one is running the place the way your treated

Food is delicious but there's a lot here that needs to be fixed for it to run on all cylinders. First off, I don't think there's a manager on duty or someone that is constantly stocking/cleaning. The kitchen line has to go back to refill items or grab them, then you have the cashier restocking the items by drink station, probably also having to clean tables. Next, the food is out way too often, they are too late to get the food restocked, it's like they are asking them to cook more once the food is out and not sooner. The sense of urgency is not there when it comes to lunch time. Some people have short lunch breaks and that won't fly in this type of business. Also, the pickup is extremely slow. It should not take 50-60 minute for drive through pick up orders. All in all, I think there's is a lot of training and more staffing needed for this place to run better.

Placed an online DRIVE THROUGH order through the app. Got to the window and the employee asked my name. After I provided it he said "I don't see it, you probably did in store pick up. You're going to have to park and come inside and get it off the wall." I had my kids in the car and ensured I selected drive through. I told the employee it should be drive through. He said hold on. Closed the window and walked away. Came back and said I had to go in. So I parked and went inside. The wall for the in store pick up is literally right next to the drive through window. I found my order and the tag clearly said "drive through". I informed the employee it was for drive through, to which he responded "ok" and walked off.
How can the service be that terrible when they just opened. There was no one else in the drive through behind me and only 2 tables with other customers inside. Not busy. If I wouldn't have prepaid on the app I would have just left.

The food here is very delicious, I’ve been twice now and have gotten the Harissa Avocado bowl and both times it was very good. The first time they were out of Feta and forgot to put pickled red onions on the bowl. The second time they got my bowl right, but they forgot to put the scoop of crazy feta on the spicy lamb and avocado bowl that the person I was with got. Both times I went the staff were not friendly. Yesterday when we went the girl working the cash register was rude (had blue bandages on her fingers & it was around 12:30). We ordered pita chips and she rang us up and didn’t say anything about it and started checking out the next customer. When I asked where I get the pita chips from, she said (with an attitude), “She’s getting it for you.” I didn’t know who “she” was and she had not communicated that to either one of us so I didn’t understand why she was rude in her response. The food is so good I’ll be going back, but their customer service and friendliness has a little to be desired.

The food is tasty, and there are some good options. Which would have been great if they weren't out of so many items. I ordered several items, including Tzatziki sauce, and cucumbers which are staples for this kind of food. It was an hour before closing and they were out of about five of the items I wanted. We asked about tea, we were told it was over at the drink station, if there was any left. They were more than willing to ring up a tea, but we wouldn't have gotten any since that too was empty.
There were no utensil so we drove home to eat. We were simply told too bad, we are out of that, whatever it was we asked for. I've never seen a restaurant simply refuse to refill food and utensils, and I find it hard to believe they will be opening in the morning without these items on hand. Maybe they will get a delivery, but I get the sense that supplies are just restricted at night. I asked if there just wasn't any Tzatziki on the premises, as I found that difficult to believe.
The workers were nice enough, it just seems they are told to not restock food items after a certain time. I could be wrong, but it seems unlikely they would even be out of tea. I'll wait a while before I go back. It could be they are trying to figure out how much food to keep on hand. But making tea, and providing utensils would seem like a basic.
