  Extremely frustrated. Got there at 6:45pm only 2 or 3 tables with people at them. Order our food at 7:00pm. Waiter came back 4 times in the first hour telling us it would be ready soon. Then finally came back and said the kitchen wasn’t printing tickets and they would have it out quickly. 30 minutes later the manager comes out and tells us they lost our ticket. I guess we were the idiots for staying almost 2 hours without getting any food. We left without eating. Same old story at this place. Will never go back.

  Feb 28, 2026 -Our waiter (Avery) was extremely good! It’s rare to have a truly good waiter experience these days. I believe I’m qualified to judge and have high standards for service! I was a waitress for 16 years and was always told I was an amazing waitress and someone even told me they could tell I loved waiting tables, and I did, believe it or not.

  I am absolutely disgusted with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. Not one. Not two. SEVERAL FEATHERS in EVERY SINGLE WING. I spent over $60 on this order, only to bite into wings that were quite literally still covered in feathers. This wasn’t a tiny stray piece you could overlook — it was multiple full feathers in each wing. It was inedible. When I brought it to manager’s attention (his name was Daniel), the response somehow made things worse. Instead of a sincere apology and a proper resolution, I was offered a $10 gift certificate (after spending more than $60) and lectured that “all chicken places have feathers,” even naming Popeyes as an example. That is not an acceptable explanation. I have eaten at countless chicken restaurants and have never once had to pull multiple feathers out of every wing. If that’s the standard being defended, that’s a serious quality control problem. Between the unsanitary food and the dismissive attitude, this experience was beyond disappointing. I expected basic food preparation standards and professional customer service. I received neither. I will not be returning.

  Can't say better things about this place then you guys are absolutely phenomenal. My husband and I went in expecting to spend $150 bucks like usual however yesterday we were able to get buy one get one lol that wasn't really nice treat we played the games while we waited for our food which was so fun I laughed so hard I was definitely disturbing everybody in the restaurant in my apologies. 😂 But I was kicking my husband's butt in that little basketball game LOL I was a little disappointed about the buffalo chicken dip the picture that it has on the menu appeared it to be in a cast iron dish however when we received it it was in a very small side dish that there was no way in the world that that would have equated to if we would have purchased it when we were at the restaurant. That was the only thing that I was a little upset about

  Food was ready hot and fast. They have a new Management team and they have made some changes. The service was great. Fun place to hang out and watch sports from everywhere.
