  At some point we have to care about the customer! WHY WHY WHY do I have to endure dried, OLD chicken WITH feathers!! Nowadays food isnt cheap, service is subpar and food is outrageous! I'm almost convinced that the only thing good here is the SAUCE! Frying chicken wings and leaving them in the basket over hot grease is absurd! If you aren't doing that, are you frying them at 8am? To pay for chicken and get home and bite into something with the consistency of a CRACKLIN' is WILD WORK!! Have we negated from FRESHNESS, are we in a position to force customers to just take what- I'm sure the staff wouldnt eat either? I'm sure the Buffalo isnt please, because our household sure isn't! Just sell sauce or contact the HEALTH DEPARTMENT for hold times, fry times, etc. This isn't it! $32 for chicken wings cracking. Wheew!!

  With all due respect, where in god’s name is Kiki? Went in here to get my usual angry orchard and cauliflower wings and the bartender told me that Kiki no longer works here and was fired?! What?! It took me at least 25-35 minutes to get my food and I had to ask for a beer 3 times in order to get it. No conversation. No personalization. I almost walked right out the second they said Kiki was gone but I wanted to give them a shot. I was utterly disappointed. They let go of Kiki to put so sub-par “bartenders” behind the bar? This is why this place had a 3 star rating. They can’t keep any good employees and somehow allow the ones who constantly seem high as a kite to keep their jobs. They have gone so far downhill in the last few years and I personally got excited when Kiki started working here. I was thinking “finally. Someone who can provide good service”. And not only was I told that she’s gone tonight but tonight was the absolute worst service I have ever gotten at a restaurant. No socialization. No conversation. And my first beer was wrong. I ordered a blue moon and got a miller lite. It’s sad to see how far this place has fallen. But it’s been downhill for a long time.

  Our waitress was nice. Took almost an hour to get 20 wings. They were more worried about mobile orders over the people in the restaurant. The waitress never asked for my number for rewards. The to go orders were I and out while people inside waited. If you can't manage both with ease then dont do both.

  To put it as plainly as possible, this place has never had a bartender like me and will never again. I know it. The customers know it. And management knows it. They started an entire standard of service based on me and my attitude towards customers. So, the next time you hear a server scream “welcome to Buffalo’s” think of Kiki. I made my mark on this place. They think football season is going to save them? Ha! The only the only thing that is going to save them is a new GM. 3.3 stars is embarrassing and I’m glad I got out when I did. Xoxo, Kiki
