  This is the dirtiest dunkin i have ever been in. The bathrooms look like they’ve never been cleaned. The floor behind the counters look like they are just covered in nasty water and slime. The two basically kids working behind the counter were in the back hiding on their phones. This location needs to be better managed.

  I never leave reviews and I come here almost daily. But i asked for snacking bacon and when i got it it was super soggy and underdone, i nicely asked for them to give me some that are crispy (because i get snacking bacon often and never got it so soggy before) . The girl at the drive thru handed the bag back to me and now gave me 100% burnt bacon. The bag was literally smoking like crazy when she handed it to me and in shock i said “oh wow they are completely burnt now” and she just said “you asked for crispy and thats as crispy as they get”. I drove off instead of arguing but this is really unacceptable. I wasnt trying to be a bother i just didnt want undone bacon. Sad experience when i used to love this place

  Every time I come to this location, there is an issue. Every. Single. Time. Today the lobby is closed and you can only use the drive thru. Why? There are two employees inside leaning against the counter doing nothing. Do better! This is why Dunks is only successful in New England!

  This was not a good experience. My first time ever at a Dunkin doughnuts and it was horrible. The doughnuts were hard,they didn't have any of the flavors we really wanted including regular,the loaded hashbrowns was horrible and very little for the price you pay. The girls that were there acted as if they were being held against their will and that we were disturbing them at being held captive. The stinch that came from that window made me gag. Not sure if it was from the girls or the restaurant itself. They did tell us after paying that the doughnuts had been made for quite a while and couldn't give a time on when fresh ones had been made. I'll never stop at another dunkin doughnuts ever again. 1 time in my life is enough for me!

  The new remodel is very generic and uninviting. I l I ke the previous seating way better. Food still very inconsistent, my breakfast sandwich come out cold most of the time. Employee need to be retrain on how to reheat food properly. The coffee is better than before. I have been to other dunking and they do a much better job in food and drink prep. Also, they do not have sourdough sandwich anymore and meal deal only comes with wrap, not the sandwich.
