  I placed a pickup order that the mobile app said the food would be ready at 6:33. The food order was not ready, and I had to wait 25 minutes. Poor take out service.

  I’ve been coming to this CAVA since it opened not too long ago and it’s only gotten better and better! The food is absolutely delicious, spot on. What makes this CAVA stand out is the service. The people here are helpful and kind to me and my son. They all taken the time to make sure that we have a comfortable experience. Recently one thoughtful associate came up to me and offered me a highchair and told me if I need anything else just let her know! Also, there two associates that really stand out for me. Kynnedi And Jaylen, thank you for always makes us feel at home. Your warmth and smiles always make our day.

  Absolute waste of money. Very small portions. 3 little pieces of chicken. Poorly assembled pita looks like a 3 year old made it. And a brownie the size of a half dollar for 4 bucks. What a failed business. I want a refund and a apology would be great. Total cost 36 dollars for 3.50 worth of food if that.

  While I love Cava and the food this LOCATION is SLOW. I put in a to go order for lunch at 4 pm to be picked up at 4:15. I arrived a bit early at 4:13. Sometimes it's ready sometimes it's not. It's now 4:25 and my food has not come out while multiple people have walked in got food and left already..... the whole point of ordering pick up online was so I wouldn't have to wait for my lunch and I could go back to work. Now I'm going to be late back to work and have no time to eat my lunch because who the heck knows what's going on with the priorities around here..... but this os not a convenient or fast location. To add insult to injury as I was eating my food I found a short thick black hair in it and my hair is long and blonde so it couldn't possibly be mine so whatever I will never be coming back to this location apparently it's also disgusting.

  Honestly, I won’t be returning. The male server (with long hair or locs and a head covering) was not personable at all and should work the kitchen instead of the front counter. The cashier wasn’t much better in terms of service. The drinks were extremely watered down, and to top it off, there were no pita chips available because the fryer was “broken.” The cashier handed us a cold pita after the guy prepared our orders, but I'd rather have the pita chips (main reason for comin). Had I know, I honestly wouldn't have ordered. This is a new location, which makes this even more disappointing. Also, the portion size is much smaller than the one in Metairie and Baton Rouge. I can see whg the parking lot was empty during a prime hour.
