- JJJordanMar 29, 20261.0This place deserves zero stars. First we pull in to eat inside and then dining room is closed due to lack of staff (laziness). So we go through the drive thru, we order my son a kids hamburger with ketchup and pickles ONLY. And let me start off with saying that the girl working the drive thru was so rude, sounded like she hated her job, was so impatient while we were looking at the menu. We get up to the window and received our food. My son’s hamburger was wrong, it had mustard ketchup and pickles on it. So we send it back and say ketchup and pickles only! She brings it back, i check it and it was smothered in ketchup so bad that bun was already soggy, the paper wrap was soaked in ketchup. So then we’re trying to get the girls attention to tell her what’s wrong and she’s literally just staring at us through the window acting like we’re an inconvenience…so then she opens the window and we tell her what’s wrong and we say that we just want a plain burger with pickles only please so she takes it and we can see through the window that her and her coworkers are talking crap, laughing at us, glaring at us…and she brings it back and we just drove off, we were so fed up and completely shocked at how that all went down and surely they didn’t get it wrong this time. We get down the road and i check it, IT WAS LITERALLY THE SAME BURGER DROWNED IN KETCHUP!!!! I was completely flabbergasted. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with fast food. I couldn’t believe they would do that. At this point we didn’t want to come back and ask them to fix yet again because we were scared they would spit on our sons hamburger. Worst service ever!!!!
