- ACAshley CanasAug 26, 20251.0Always came to this location because they are always fresh, but I went this time doing a mobile order ahead of time. They claimed they never received the order and I showed them so much to prove I did even my own transaction on my bank account. They claimed there was nothing they can do and that my money would be refunded in one hour. I told them I did order ahead of time and if that was the case I would’ve been had my money back and I stated that to them. They told me there was nothing I can do and not even help me. Will clearly never come back into this location because they did not try to accommodate me once or even say sorry after showing so much proof I purchased. Seems like they threw out the receipt and wanted to keep the money!

I got my food quickly, and it was fresh and tasty. I also love that they stay open late—it’s perfect when you’re hungry at night. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Let me just say all the customer service I've had of all chains has been terrible since I moved here 4 months ago, except for this subway. I in fact stopped eating subway for years cause the quality went way down, but after having a spontaneous urge I decided to give it another shot. This was the only open location on memorial Day evening, and I'm so glad I went. The store was clean, the staff was kind, the service was excellent, and the sandwich.. the most important part, did not disappoint. It was fantastic and brought me back to the good days of Subway's prime. They were out of the herbs and cheese bread but that's life. People who leave bad reviews based on ingredients running out are clowns and never worked a service job in their life. All and all I am very pleased and will gladly make the drive across town just for this location.
