They claimed they never received the order and I showed them so much to prove I did even my own transaction on my bank account. They claimed there was nothing they can do and that my money would be refunded in one hour. I told them I did order ahead of time and if that was the case I would’ve been had my money back and I stated that to them. They told me there was nothing I can do and not even help me. Will clearly never come back into this location because they did not try to accommodate me once or even say sorry after showing so much proof I purchased. Seems like they threw out the receipt and wanted to keep the money!

The workers were terrible one was wearing a wife beater shirt with and sweatpants had a rolled up blunt sitting by the cash register the other worker looked like she had trouble standing around and listens poorly to the needs i wanted on my sandwich. If I could give negative stars I would cant believe a sandwich chain allows this type of behavior in their work place.
