She said well there is nothing we can do sorry. We order from there all the time. Extremely disappointed

I called the store and spoke with someone claiming to be the manager and was promised a refund as well as to be put in the system for a free repeat order. Two weeks after that I realized I never received my refund so I called and asked for a manager to let them know the young man that answered told me he was management only to explain everything and him to tell me "let me get my manager so you can tell her". Fast forward to today I called to redeem my repeat order only to be told "we don't do that". I recommend not wasting time spending money at this location and better training for the entire staff.
