- DPDr. PleasantonJan 5, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service Recovery – Five Guys (Central, LA) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My identical twin brother and I had a wonderful experience at the Five Guys location in Central, LA! 🍔🍟 While there was initially an issue involving employees, the General Manager truly turned the situation around. 😊👏 The General Manager was very pleasant, professional, and approachable, and took the time to speak with both of us about the changes that were actively being implemented. 🗣️✅ He was a great listener and was proactive in resolving the concerns, which really showed strong leadership. Because of how well the situation was handled, we returned several more times, and each visit after that was amazing! 🌟🙌 The service improved noticeably, and the overall experience was excellent. This location clearly values customer feedback and strives to do better. Highly recommend! 💯👍

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
