The food was good as usual, however the service was nothing short of appalling. I am not sure if there was a change in management but this woman was incredibly rude. Not only was she rude to customers but she was unbelievably rude to the employees. This not only makes it awkward as a customer, but it also reveals how terribly they must treat their workers who comparatively had much better customer service skills than her. Furthermore, this woman, who I assume is the manager, doesn't have enough sense or training to simply wear an apron while handling food which is extremely unhygienic and disgusting. It is obvious that the atmosphere has changed since my previous visits and it makes the food unenjoyable. It is a shame that this place has had such a fall off in management and it is beyond unacceptable. I do not plan to recommend others to come here, or to come back here myself as this is one of the WORST customer service experiences I have had, do better.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
