  I usually like ordering from there but today's order was subpar. I ordered 2 pizzas, one of those was supposed to be a large pepperoni, sausage, and light mushroom. It arrived cold and no pepperoni with extra mushrooms.. guess someone there is making the pizzas the way they want today.

  During our last visit, they made a pepperoni pizza instead of stuffed pepperoni bread as listed on the receipt. My husband went in and pointed it out. In less than 9 minutes, we had the stuffed bread and we also kept the pizza!! We loved this store and their staff. Always friendly and upbeat.

  I wrote the following email to Domino's corporate: To whom this may concern, I hope this email finds the right person. Our family wants to pay a compliment to a woman working at our local Domino's!! To be honest with you, we do not order pizza as often as we use to because of inconsistency. It became frustrating, not being able to find a fresh, well made pizza. I'd like to share our experience with you about our Domino's pizza this evening. I've never in my life, taken the time to write about a good experience with take out pizza. After placing our order for 3 medium specialty pizzas, I drove to our store location. I drove up to the window and the woman at the window kindly took my payment and handed me three, hot, fresh pizza. My first thought was, wow, it seems fresh out of the oven. I drove 8 minutes home and my family and I opened the boxes. We were in shock! The pizzas were made PERFECTLY!! The PERFECT amount of EVERYTHING! The crust, the correct proportions, just the amount of cheese and toppings! All 3 pizzas looked like they belonged on a poster. If my boys had not started putting pizza on their plate, I would have taken pictures. It was that impressive!! It moved me so much, that someone actually made our pizza like it looks in commercials, I grabbed my phone and called the store directly to find out who made our order! A woman answered the phone and I told her, "ma'am, about 20 minutes ago, I placed an order for 3 specialty pizzas! Can you tell me who made them!!??" Her voice seemed hesitant and she replied, "that was me...." I enthusiastically replied, "I'm calling to tell you that YOU NAILED IT! They were perfect and beautiful!! I literally had to stop what I was doing to call and thank you! What is your name??" She replied, "Angelle." And I asked her to spell it for me. I told her we would no longer order on the app, that we would call the store directly and I will only order if she's there to make our pizza!!! I'm so glad I called her because her voice sounded like she needed to hear what I had to say. Tomorrow I'm going to call the store and find out when she's working so I can take her a very nice tip$... I am attaching a picture of our order and it includes the location where I picked up our pizza. I hope that someone from corporate acknowledges this woman, Angelle, and gives her the kudos she well deserves. She should be training/ teaching the art of the perfect pizzas!!! Angelle made us believe in Domino's again! WOW!!! Sincerely, Sarah I'm not able to attach my order info here, but it was the CENTRAL location on Sullivan. Call and ask for Angelle to make your pizza!!

  Order is always right, staff is friendly and nice.
