  $35 later and I got: • A missing taco • Half-filled sides • No utensils • And this… (see photo) I don’t know who hurt this Mexican pizza, but it didn’t deserve that. Went inside—no greeting, no ‘sorry,’ just a loud ‘SOFT TACO’ shouted across the room and a silent handoff. Honestly, the most consistent thing about this visit was the disappointment.

  Food is expensive for Taco Bell, and nothing is on your plate literally. You pay extra for cheese or beef, and it’s barely there. Workers are nice.

  Staff should not be ignoring customers hoping they will use the self service ordering. Shame for Taco bell instruction it staff to be like this! What happened to customer service.

  I must say this Taco Bell location has improved with their customer service and food. I just came through the drive thru placed my order and I ask for a few extras for my food and the girl was the sweetest could be! I love her for that. I also complimented her for her kindness she had a puffy bun. I wish I could’ve gotten her name, but thank you so much you made my night.☺️
