  Customer service was great. The time of it being fixed was great, but the pizza itself was absolutely disgusting. I will attach pictures. Basically, I can give it a four out of 10!!! disgusting the barbecue Boneless wings were very sloopy, looks gully, like it had been sitting for days… does not look like it was freshly putting the oven tossed in the barbecue sauce. Looks like they scooped it up and put it in the box. The Pizza wasn’t cut all the way through. It was like where you pull your slice and it just rips then it looks like it may have been dry, but it does not look edible. I will attach a picture of that as well also the cinnamon sticks were very greasy, tasted like grease, when you bite it, it Spewed out. Looks like they just took the breadsticks and just went ahead and put cinnamon on top of it! nothing wrong with the service itself, but the quality of the pizza was disgusting. I reached out to the stores management team to go ahead and get a refund promptly because this is not OK waiting for management to respond back to me. We’ll say that we will not be eating Pizza Hut. Not sure what’s changed but prices are higher quality is lower and this was not like this in the early 2000s. ***update**** Store management made it right and provided a partial refund. Ok w/ partial bc we ate some the pizza but still in all they are aware of food.

  Great customer service. Food was cooked the way i wanted. Place is very clean and staffs are professional.

  Pizza never taste the same, just not what pizza hut use to be. I ordered 2 personal pan pizzas. Both tasted like just bread. Hardly had any sauce and maybe 1 or 2 pieces of meat on each slice. Order again on March 9th, thought I'd gv them another chance. Once again was very disappointed. Ordered 2 large 5 topping pizzas, and neither tasted like they had any sauce. I called the store spoke wit a guy who acted as if her was the manager, and said they were going to apply a credit to my account. I say acted, cause tonight I called to use that credit, a lady, who's now claiming she's the manager and says she worked March 9th, says I never called that noght to complain, and that only the manager can gv a credit, and so I hv none. This is Bullshit, I have my phone records proving I called, also how do I even know who's really the manager. Fact is, if yall made the pizza right, an the same right everytime, every pizza, we wouldn't have to keep going thru this. Who's doing the training there and making sure the quality stay the same needs to be FIRED!!!! PIZZA HUT IN CARENCRO, LA, YALL SUCK!!!!
