  Lots of complaining is done on here and not enough praising and I feel it’s due in my situation. I have teen daughters so we stay at McDonald’s. We don’t live in the area and were simply driving through. We went inside to rest our legs and immediately I noticed this manager absolutely running her store. The communication between her and her team was audible. Her attentiveness to each and every customer was tremendous. I didn’t catch her name but on this day she was wearing a Rajun Cajuns shirt. Her effort and patience in leading her team while dealing with customers that wanted their food “now now now” was clearly seen. My wife and I both looked at ourselves watching her work and were just super impressed. I hope she gets this message and knows that her professional and spirit shines!

  Can’t ever go to the drive through without parking at the next window or another area. Service is so slow, workers don’t smile and never say thank you. Doesn’t pay to complain, the customer service line to contact does nothing.

  I’ve been to this location several times and have had different experiences, some pleasant some not-so-much. I came today 3/7/26 around 6:30PM, the girl working the drive thru was rude. She opened the window, handed me my drinks without a word; I told her thank you, again no words. She comes back and tells me to move up to spot number one because they’re making my Arches Burger, I confirmed with her that she said number one and was spoke to like I had just asked the dumbest question ever imagined. I moved up to the spot she instructed, waited about 5 minutes when a you lady (maybe her, maybe someone else I’m not sure) comes out puts the food in my hand a walks away without speaking. I understand some people have bad days but I just paid $20 to get treated disrespectfully and spoke to like I’m an idiot.
