  Made it home with some of the order and the 2 Big Macs had no meat! Was missing three hamburgers and only had 6 overcooked out of a 10 piece chicken nugget! Called the store several times! NO ANSWER. Called corporate and they acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Just ride back up there and get them to fix it. Gas is high as can be to have to keep riding back up to get the food we paid for and to get the food we paid for correctly done. Definitely won’t be going back to McDonalds in Brusly until they get better employees. Also since when do food service workers not have to wear hair nets, hat or gloves?? Just gross. And I’m so tired of having “pull forward” when there is not another car behind me all because they want to make it look as though no one is waiting for a order that is made completely work! Do better McDonald and McDonald’s corporate office!!

  Called in an order to go, person who answered the phone was very rude and had a bad attitude. Told me they weren't open yet(which i knew they were) and hung up on me.very Disappointing.

  Ordered a double quarter pounder, only person here at noon...and had to pull up and wait at least 5 minutes. Is this a joke?

  Managers and employees sucks and need better customer service! YALL need a whole new management and employees team !
