    Let me start with my family goes to sonic everyday for drinks, we eat at sonic in Crowley a couple of times a week. We went to the Broussard location on 2/28 at 8:30 a.m. I have been wanting to call and complain to Management but haven’t had the time. We drive up I pushed the button and was asked to hold I thought this was odd there were only 3 cars in parking lot, I ordered 4 drinks and a toaster sandwich, we had a 9:00 appointment close by. After 10 minutes the girl came back and said Diet Coke was out would I like something different I said no just take it off the order. Our food finally came out about 15 minutes later it was 8:55 I complained to girl I wanted her name and the girl who took my orders name when she admitted that she was the only person there. I immediately felt bad for this girl she was young and obviously stressed at this point. Whoever’s manager at this location should be reprimanded, they should have been working if no one else could.

    I have been visiting over the years at the location and I have a good judgement of how this location has performed over time, not just one visit. This location used to not have issues and would be recommendable. However that is not the current level of service that you are going to get. Prepare to wait at least ten minutes to 15 minutes to have your order taken using the menu and red button. I have measured this with a clock, not just me saying a number that I pulled out of thin air. Food delivery is also usually equally as slow. Unless you go at a lunch or dinner time, the burger might be fresh, but the add ons are not fresh. Which doesn't make sense because the time you wait would have provided more than enough time for a fresh batch to be cooked. Team members are friendly at least. Divert to the Youngsville Sonic if you have some flexibility. I honestly used to enjoy this location, but it needs a cleaning, refresh, and there is no reason you should have to wait more than two minutes to get an order taken.

    Been sitting here for OVER 30 mins!! Workers see us & can't tell us speaker is out of order. 2nd speaker we pull to, same thing!! Put up a flipping sign. Nothing like employee KNOWING speakers aren't working and constantly walking past you! Do better.

    My order was wrong I paid extra for cheese and jalapeños on tots and received cold tots also I added extras onions on burger and received no onions or tomatoes! I tipped the car hopper very wel I expected to get what I paid for but didn’t! I got home which is down the street and food and was cold it’s so sad wasting people money! It wasn’t even busy I was the only person waiting no excuses! Called them to tell them about it and it goes to voicemail! And I left one and will be expecting a call back from the lead manager!
