- AAAshley AponteJan 29, 20261.0Today has been one for the books. I order delivery quite often. Usually I don’t have trouble getting issues fixed when something goes wrong. Today the drive up and go workers refused to help me. I called around 10:40 am an hour after my order had been picked up. The only time my phone call was answered the worker said well it was picked up 10 minutes ago when in fact it had been an hour then said idk what to tell you and hung up. Nobody would answer my call after that in the department. Around 6:30pm a different dasher calls me and says she was sent there but nobody has my order or even knows what I ordered. Then the worker gets on the drivers phone telling me I have to call DoorDash they can’t do anything to help me it’s not there problem. Move forward, I called DoorDash, DoorDash themselves are trying to get in touch with Drive Up N Go. They will not answer the phone. So here we are gone on about 10 hours Of nobody answering the phone and still here I am at 9 PM and I’m told I can’t get my order or my money. Apparently, nobody can help me, and it was an order of seafood so definitely not a cheap order. And for those of you who were gonna come at me and say if you needed it that bad you should’ve went to the store and got it. I home School, my son and today it’s his birthday and I was trying to do a little Seafood lunch for him while he was doing schoolwork.

When the steamer is working, they cook our shrimp and crabs to absolute perfection. This is our go-to spot for steamed seafood since it's our closest grocery store. Unfortunately, the steamer has been broken for months now, which is really disappointing. We've been coming here specifically for the steamed seafood, and it's been tough not having that option available for so long. Really hoping management can prioritize getting this fixed soon! The staff deserve to have working equipment, and we miss our perfectly steamed seafood. Once the steamer is back up and running, this would easily be a 5-star experience.
