  I stood at the counter for nearly five minutes and no one came to take my order even though they clearly saw me standing there. Didn’t eat. I left.

  Very bad experience on 3/30/26 around 11:12 PM. I sat in the drive-through line for over 15 minutes. About 5 minutes in, I called the store and asked if they were open and serving food. The employee told me they’re open 24/7 and just switching shifts, so I decided to wait a little longer. After waiting the full 15 minutes with no response at the drive-thru, I went inside. There was a girl sitting with a headset on, so I asked if anyone was available to take an order. She told me, “Unfortunately, we’re not serving food at this time.” That made no sense, especially since I then saw other people walking over and being served. By that point, I ran out of time and had to go back to work without getting any food. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Whoever the shift manager is needs to staff better and communicate clearly—this was a pitiful performance.

  A Texan passing through. Never left a review for a fast food restaurant but the team did an awesome job. Food was hot and fresh. Everyone was super friendly. Need a place to grab a good fast meal, this Arby's is it.
