  So first off Im not one to write reviews or even complain about my food but when you make my whole order wrong and do nothing but argue me down rather than try take make it write then I believe it deserves a review. I placed an online pickup order to be in and out. I'll post my order. Now I wanted it toasted and I only wanted light red onions. My sandwich was cold not toasted one bit. Was as white as can be fresh bread, no pepper jack cheese, extra red onions and light light on everything else i did not ask for light on. Yes it made me mad when I picked up my order she was more worried about taking on the phone than anything. So if she wouldn't have been on the phone my order would have been right. To top it off when I explained to her what was wrong with it and asked for another she argued me down that it was toasted and I asked for light on everything. So I asked for my money back because she had no intentions on making it right and if it was toasted it would have been warm 2mins after pickup time ready and it would of had color to the bread. Not white. Had to go as far as threatening her with the cops to get my money back because i'm not about to accept a sandwich that I ask for that is not right. And the employee is not trying to make it right, but do nothing but argue with me. And was not allowed to speak to any kind of manager
