  I go to the Tropical smoothie in Bossier on Airline all the time. To get someone to come to the window to come and take your order is a 10 minute wait after you blow your horn. Then today I go and spend 30.00$ just to get the wrong order. Very disappointed.

  went through the drive through and waited 30 minutes with one car infront of me. I had to call the store to tell them that there was 5 cars including me in the drive through. No apologies just “we will get to you”. Disappointed.

  Came through the drive thru to order, I sat there for more than 30 mins, no one came to the window to take my order or to let me know it’ll be a moment. I called the store, no answer. This is not the first time this has happened. Giving you guys one star is even too much.

  Just went through the drive through. They offered us the wrong food at the window… It took us 34 minutes in the DRIVE THROUGH, with just 3 cars in front of us. ridiculously slow, if i wanted service from turtles I would’ve gone to a pond… We probably waited in line for 14 minutes, and it it took 20 minutes for 4 smoothies. I’d understand if we ordered 12 smoothies but it’s 4.
