    We went by right after schooling of kids letting out. The parking lot was FULL. We wanted some good and cold sweet tea & a snack. We expected it to take forever with them being so busy. Surprisingly our stuff was out reasonably quick. We did have to call the car hop back to our stall because they forgot my DIL's groovy sauce we ordered but they were fairly quick about that too even with rush hour! And the genuine kindness was given both times they came out.

    Never open in the mornings at 6 even though the website says they are but they’re good on the drinks that’s about it

    I had a really disappointing experience at this Sonic. The carhop, Trinity, was extremely rude during what should have been a simple order. I was just purchasing a drink and asked a basic question, and she repeatedly rolled her eyes instead of responding professionally. When she gave me the total, I mentioned that I thought I had already paid because I heard the machine beep, but instead of clarifying, she ignored me, rolled her eyes again, and just held up the payment device. Customer service should never feel disrespectful or dismissive, especially over a simple interaction. I hope management addresses this, because experiences like this make customers not want to return.

    I ordered a supersonic breakfast burrito, and instead received 2 burritos with only cheese and tots...completely ridiculous!
