It’s so sad to see what the boardwalk has become.

The food, service and drinks were great! Other than the hard complimentary bread, Not one complaint… but seriously, why do you all serve hard bread?

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this visit. For a chain steak house the food was pretty good indeed. The Caesar salad had some good bite, and wasn’t just soaked in dressing like many other places do. The prime rib was perfect, juicy, and tasty. We showed up with a group of 24 about 45 minutes before closing and they did a great job accommodating us. It’s in a nice spot, but can be a little hard to find at night when everything else around it in the outdoor mall is closed. You need to park by the Courtyard hotel and walk over (about 5 minutes before closing) along the river boardwalk.

The manager Derrick was amazing. He greeted us, had friendly conversation with us and welcomed us back in when we visit the city again. Tierra our server was friendly, knowledgeable and recommended menu items. We will definitely return.

My wife & I have now been to at least 3 & possibly 4 Saltgrass locations across the country & every time we have had a great experience starting with great food, service & we absolutely love the Rustic Texas theme.
We ordered the Chicken Laredo & the Prime Rib & everything was fantastic as always & our server, Jada, did a great job of taking care of us all at a reasonable price of $130.05 for 1 side, 2 entrees & 5 adult beverages.
We have always had a great meal/experience at every Saltgrass location we've been to & we look forward to dining there again soon.
