  I wanted to share an updated experience after a previous visit. The last time I ordered here, I was disappointed—my thin crust pizza was slightly undercooked and didn’t have the crispy texture I was expecting. Tonight, I decided to give it another shot because I believe everyone deserves a second chance—and I’m so glad I did. Ms. Shirley at the front completely turned things around. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she even apologized multiple times for my last experience. She assured me everything would be done right this time, and she absolutely delivered. The thin crust pizza tonight was excellent—perfectly crispy just the way it should be. Huge thank you to Ms. Shirley for making my experience so much better, and shoutout to the cooks for nailing the pepperoni and cheese and cooking it to perfection. I’ll definitely be back!

  I was very disappointed in the service I received, on Feb 14 I ordered a HEART pizza . When I arrived I was not acknowledged! The store was empty I waited for more than 10 minutes! That’s very unprofessional someone could’ve robbed that store , two black males comes back in the store that works there & didn’t act-knowledge the fact that I had been waiting . I asked for the corporate number of the franchise number @ they told me I couldn’t get it !

  Pizza Hut is typically my favorite pizza. My family and I ordered it tonight and it was horrible. Every pizza we ordered was barely cooked, almost raw dough. I had to put it in the oven just to make it edible. Disappointing.

  They mark your order as ready but it's not. Then you wait 20 mins. Ridiculous!
