  If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Ordered delivery from this location and only received a small portion of my 70 dollar order. All 3 cheese burgers were missing, the double quarter pounder with cheese meal was missing, and all of our drinks. Thank god the only thing we did receive was our kids chicken nuggets and fries or else they wouldn’t have their food before bed. When we went to reorder our food the driver notified us and told us that the lady working at McDonald’s said “we ain’t fixing to get our drinks”. When my husband told me about what was said I wanted to get his phone and respond back but he asked me not too in hopes they would do the right thing. We waited about another 45-50 minutes for our food and the driver finally showed up with the same thing all over again just the kids chicken nuggets again this time it was cold, none of our food or drinks were brought. I don’t think I would be so upset and posting this right now if I wasn’t 33 weeks pregnant and hungry. This is just absolutely disappointing. I really hope this post will reach people and encourage everyone to drive the extra mile and go to a different McDonald’s.

  Terrible the drive through take 15 minutes for 2 cars the Girl is sitting at the window on her phone and after the long wait the chicken was burnt

  I had made an online mobile order, Walked in About 8:30 PM. Only one worker upfront, I seen that she was busy bagging orders for the drive-thru, I did not want to Interrupt immediately, So I waited patiently for her to recognize me. A few minutes have passed, And she has noticed me a few times. Meanwhile, another worker had walked in from outside, she asked Gentleman customer if he had a mobile order, But completely ignored me Even though I was standing at the counter, waiting for 17 minutes. The lady had went to go get the man’s mobile order and the first lady that I did not want to interrupt while working, Said I had not said anything And she didn’t want to talk to me And had the other lady get my order. Waited 17 minutes for my order That was just sitting in the back, Felt so embarrassed To ask for a remake or a refund, Food was cold Just threw it away when I got home. Wish they would do their job and greet people when they walked in

  honestly dont understand how this location is still open each time i go the food is never up to standards and i had an experience yesterday where i was told we arent doing shakes today and on top of that it took a while for me to get service at the front counter on 2/19/26

  It took 30 minutes in the drive thru. Then when I got to the window they said they were out of ice cream, which I already paid for! Then they said they could give me some cookies or apple pie and then said to pull up so they could get the next person and never came out! Bad location in Bossier City, La
