She so so so nice I can’t remember her name but she had blonde and blue hair ! She’s so so sweet give her a raise !

Objectively: with no one else ahead of us or in the building when we ordered 2 smoothies took 12 minutes. Staff in back did not come up to help when second guest arrived. Conclusion as typical: incompetent management. With today's prices there's certainly no need to pay to be frustrated. Take your business somewhere that enjoys serving you and takes pride in what they deliver.
- LLlightbriareosSep 17, 20254.0So overall, this place is pretty good. I ordered Uber from them a few days ago and THOROUGHLY enjoyed it and got what I ordered, precisely. Sadly, when I did a pick-up of, quite literally the exact same order, one of the items was obviously someone else’s order, and I couldn’t tell it wasn’t until I was already far-gone on my way. Still, for the wrong item, it tasted good, but they did rush themselves instead of taking an extra 30 seconds to double check if it was the item on the order. The kind older lady was doing her best, and this last time was an acceptable fail.
