Very unprofessional employees. I went in the drive thru, and the lady that was working the window, she drop the woman's food and didn't apologize for it. Left and went to the bathroom. Another employee came, which was a male, and didn't understand what was going on. We had to wait for over 20 minutes for our order because of the incident. She finally came out but had an attitude.

Employees like to stand outside and laugh at customers slipping on ice in parking lot. I know this isn't too quality food but at least hire decent people. Wth is wrong with people?

I don’t know about this one on industrial blvd in Bossier but I’m definitely going to try it. Taco Bell has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Unfortunately several years ago the two stores off Airline dr began to cut back on the amount of meat in their meals until it’s gotten to the point to where I have to take 3 bites before I get some meat when eating a taco. I’ve gotten them with no more than a tablespoon right in the middle so it’s not much more than a vegan taco with 3 tiny squares of tomato and small amount of cheese. Basically it was a mouth full of lettuce and chip. Now they don’t have a problem with piling on the lettuce. But seriously, I loved their food enough to where I would go and buy three of the large nacho cheese dorito tacos just so I can put the meat from all three into one just so I could have one good taco. Even then the taco didn’t come close to the amount of meat they would show in their commercials.lol. But paying close to $10 for the makings of just one good taco isn’t something i can do every time I want one of their delicious tacos. Especially when i would need 9-12 tacos to make the usual 3-4 that I could eat. I can’t say it’s like that at every Taco Bell but they started skimping on the meat at one on airline and 20 by my house around 15 yrs or so ago. The one on airline and 220 loop still had good ones for a while longer so I would go there until they started with the skimping. I haven’t been to Taco Bell in around 6-7 years so it’s time I need to go try them again to see if they’ve gotten any better. Before I retired I would go by there about once every couple years after work and buy dinner for the family just to see if it’s gone back to their good meals with some meat but with no luck so I would wait a couple years and try again. The only reason I gave the food a 3 and not a 1 is because I can’t say anything bad about the food flavor and quality. It’s just too darn good to give it less stars but too small a quantity of meat to give it more. I understand you have to make money, especially as hard as it is to keep restaurants in the black. But give me what I pay for, an actual taco and not a chip salad with a spoon full of meat. I don’t mind paying more for something I want like a good taco, what I don’t want is for you to try and save a dime and give me something I don’t want. Heck, if you must have that dime then add it to the price and I’ll pay extra. A third the meat you show on your commercials would be great. Just stop ruining a good thing by being greedy. I couldn’t tell you how many people I know that feel the same way I do. You would have so much business you wouldn’t have to raise the price. Just raise the amount of meat.
