Every time I come in, they treat me with the kind of customer service you don’t see often anymore. They’re always welcoming, respectful, and quick, even when the store is busy or the drive-thru is packed. Makayla is always patient and friendly — she makes sure my order is right and never rushes me. She has great energy and brings positivity to the whole place. Tekia is super kind and professional. You can tell she takes pride in her job because she double-checks everything and makes sure customers leave happy. She goes above and beyond without even trying. And Chris is just solid every time. Fast, polite, and always in a good mood. He keeps the line moving but still makes customers feel like they matter. Together, this team makes this Taco Bell one of the best I’ve been to. The food is always fresh, the service is on point, and the atmosphere feels welcoming because of people like them. Management is lucky to have workers who care this much.
