  Worst taco bell within a hundred miles. There can be absolutely zero customers and they still take WAY too long and act like you're bothering them

  We went through the drive thru and got a chalupa meal, flat bread, taco and 2 orders of Cinnabons. They forgot our Cinnabons, taco, chips and cheese and my chalupas weren’t there. I got a crunchy chicken taco instead. I waited 15 minutes for my Cinnabons and they were cold. We paid nearly $30 for missing and cold items.

  We ordered taco salad and it was so small, bout the size of a cupcake, had only lettuce and cheese,it was so sad, took it back for them to make it over only this time it was still no meat and even a smaller amount of cheese and lettuce, so I just left and went to another restaurant.😔

  It’s on me I should have checked my bag but this is crazy. Nothing is in the bottom of the bag either. I ordered my food with no tomatoes but everything has tomatoes.

  My client lives down the street from this Tacobell. She sends me to Tacobell every Saturday evening to pick up her order. But I will drive all the way to the Tacobell on Vicking. Or anywhere else before I drive to this location ever again! At this point I have to blame management. They have plenty of staff on hand but can't seem to get organized. Every employee is running around all over the place as if they are lost. One area should focus on drive-thru orders. While another area should focus on dine- in, and carry- out. But it seems like everybody is just going with the motion, all over the place yet slowing filling orders. I don't know about the other days, which I'm sure are the same. But Saturday evenings are exhausting. There be about 15 customers in the lobby while the drive- thru is wrapped around the building. And it's barely moving. So customers one by one just walk out and leave. It's the same thing at every visit. Seems like you're waiting at the DMV because the wait is typically long. This location has no structure!
